Accounting & Finance Outsourcing

Your finance function, run by qualified accountants. Month-end close, management accounts and reporting — delivered on time, every time.

INTRODUCTION

A finance team without the overhead.

We run the day-to-day accounting for businesses that want reliable financial information but do not need, or cannot yet justify, a full in-house finance team. Bookkeeping, payroll, management accounts and statutory financial statements are all delivered under one engagement.

The work is done by qualified accountants, reviewed by a partner and delivered to a fixed monthly timetable. You get numbers you can rely on and a direct line to someone who understands them.

For businesses in a growth phase, we also provide a fractional CFO — a partner who attends management meetings, supports fundraising and advises on financial strategy without the cost of a full-time hire.

Capabilities

Engagements are scoped individually. These are the services most often requested.

C/01

Bookkeeping & Ledger Management

Day-to-day transaction recording, bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance using your preferred accounting system.

C/02

Management Accounts

Monthly profit & loss, balance sheet and cashflow — delivered by the agreed date with commentary on variances.

C/03

Payroll Management

Monthly payroll processing, payslips, EOBI and PESSI deductions, and coordination with WHT obligations.

C/04

Statutory Financial Statements

Annual financial statements prepared under IFRS or IFRS for SMEs, ready for audit, tax filing and regulatory submission.

C/05

Fractional CFO

A partner-level finance lead for businesses in a growth or investment phase — available without a full-time salary commitment.

C/06

Finance Function Setup

For new businesses: chart of accounts, policies, approval authorities and accounting system — set up correctly from day one.

HOW WE HELP

The questions your finance function should answer.

We operate to a fixed monthly timetable with a defined cut-off date. Ledgers are reconciled before any report is produced — not after it has already been sent to management.

A catch-up project is built into onboarding for clients with a backlog. We bring records current before the regular monthly service begins, so you know exactly where you stand.

Yes — we work across QuickBooks, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics and most other common platforms. If you do not yet have a system, we will recommend and configure one as part of the engagement.

Monthly management meetings, investor reporting, financial model maintenance, lender liaison and strategic finance advice — delivered by a partner rather than a dedicated hire.

Who this service is built for

SMEs & Scale-ups

Businesses that need monthly management accounts and payroll run reliably, without hiring a finance manager whose salary exceeds the cost of the service.

Startups

Founders who need investor-ready reporting, clean records for due diligence and strategic financial input — without a full-time CFO on the payroll.

Foreign-Owned Entities

International businesses operating in Pakistan that need local compliance, monthly reporting in a group-compatible format and a local point of contact.

Owner-Managed Businesses

Owners who want to focus on running the business rather than chasing their accountant — with one team handling books, tax, payroll and year-end.

Our approach

01

Onboard

We review your existing records, agree the timetable and configure the system before the first month begins.

02

Process

Transactions are recorded, reconciled and reviewed by a qualified accountant before month-end close.

03

Report

Management accounts are delivered on the agreed date with a brief commentary on the numbers that matter.

04

Advise

A monthly call with the partner covers performance, upcoming obligations and any decisions where financial input is needed.
